Scope for Bhagyashree
The scope of work can vary depending on the specific needs of the client and the complexity of the project. The consultant’s role is to provide expert guidance and ensure the successful establishment and operation of the AAC plant.
Site Preparation
Foundation and Civil Works: Preparing the site, laying foundations, and constructing necessary civil structures such as sheds, offices, and storage facilities.
Utility Connections: Setting up water, electricity, and other utility connections required for the operation of the plant.
Machinery and Equipment Installation
Unloading and Positioning: Receiving machinery and equipment, and positioning them at designated spots within the plant layout.
Assembly of Machinery: Assembling various components such as mixers, autoclaves, cutting machines, conveyors, and other production line equipment.
Piping and Ductwork: Installing piping for steam, water, air, and other necessary utilities, along with ductwork for dust collection and ventilation systems.
Structural Erection
Silos and Tanks: Erecting storage silos for raw materials like cement, lime, and fly ash, as well as tanks for water and other liquids.
Supporting Structures: Building supports and frameworks for machinery, piping, and other equipment.
Rail Systems: Installing rail systems for transportation of moulds & wagons within the plant, including tracks for ferry carts and cranes.
Electrical and Control Systems
Electrical Installation: Wiring for power distribution, control panels, lighting, and other electrical systems required to operate the plant.
Instrumentation: Installing sensors, gauges, and other instruments to monitor and control production processes.
Control Systems: Setting up control panels and automation systems to manage the plant’s operations.
Boiler and Steam Systems
Boiler Installation: Erecting and installing the boiler, including associated components like burners, economizers, and steam lines.
Steam Distribution: Laying out and connecting steam lines, headers, and valves to distribute steam for curing and other processes.
Auxiliary Systems
Dust Collection: Setting up dust collection systems, including bag filters, wet scrubbers, and ducting.
Air Compression: Installing air compressors, receivers, and piping for pneumatic systems.
Water Treatment: Erecting water treatment systems, including Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) plants, for process water supply.
Testing and Commissioning
Pre-Commissioning Checks: Conducting checks and inspections to ensure all systems are correctly installed and functioning properly.
Functional Testing: Testing individual systems and components, such as electrical systems, mechanical systems, and control systems, to ensure they work as intended.
System Integration: Integrating all systems and components to ensure seamless operation of the entire plant.
Final Commissioning: Starting up the plant and running initial production batches to ensure everything operates efficiently and safely.
Training and Handover
Operator Training: Providing training to the client’s staff on operating the machinery and equipment.
Maintenance Training: Training the client’s maintenance team on routine and preventive maintenance practices.
Documentation: Supplying manuals, operating procedures, and maintenance schedules.
Post-Erection Support
Troubleshooting: Providing support to address any issues that arise during the initial operation of the plant.
