Mr. Ashutosh completed his tough training in foreign nationals for the tenure of 8 months and then he decided to serve the technologies to his country businessman.

When he came back to India, he found a team and made them trained for erection & installation. Mr Ashutosh Kashyap formed the team with name of Lakshsheela Technologies in Surat in 2006. After development of his team he started this business in 2006 with the First investor called “Magicrete” who is prominent brand in AAC industry in India with the turnover of ₹300 Cr. Like Magicrete, Bhagyashree Ventures has completed more than 37 plants in India and many more to come. Later on the Evolution of Lakshsheela Technologies into Bhagyashree Ventures in 2019 further with remarkable success another group Company in name of Bhagyashree Ventures Infra Private Limited was founded in 2022.
